- Project details
- Who was involved in development/review
- Legislation
- High risk construction work categories (Not applicable to New Zealand)
- Plant to be used
- Substances to be used
- Tickets, licenses, verification of competency
- Emergency procedures
- Task steps
- Section to update relevant to the project
